LEITRIM THRUSH [1], THE (Smolac Liat-Druim/Droma). AKA and see "Ballinasloe Fair (1)." Irish, Reel (cut time). A Minor ('A' part) & C Major ('B' part). Standard tuning (fiddle). AB (O'Neill/1850 & 1001): AABB' (O'Neill/Krassen). O'Neill also printed a variant of the reel under the title "Ballinasloe Fair (1)." Seamus Ennis popularized the tune, especially among pipers.
