REEL ST-ZÉNON. AKA - "Reel de St-Zénon." French-Canadian, Reel (cut time). A Major: G Major (Duval). Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Soucy researcher Jean Duval finds another version of the melody in Soucy's "Gigue des fantômes," also recorded in 1936. St-Zénon is a small community inland north of Montreal and west of Trois Rivières.
