Charles Byrne, harper, born c. 1712, originally from County Leitrim. The sketch was drawn by Miss O'Reilly in vivo of Byrne playing at the O’Reilly residence, Scarva, Co. Down, in 1810.

Irish, Air and Single Jig. C Major (Bunting): D Major (Forde). Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. "Huish the Cat" is the title Irish musician and collector Edward Bunting (1773–1843) gave in his third collection (Ancient Music of Ireland, 1840).
