CROSSING THE CATSKILLS. Bluegrass, Breakdown. Composed by Florida fiddler Vassar Clements (1928-2005), a member of Bill Monroe's Bluegrass Boys in the early 1950's, whose later career was energized by the recording "Will the Circle be Unbroken" with the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.
