BRAIDLEY HORNPIPE. English, Hornpipe. England, Northumberland. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBCC. Composed by Robert Whinham (1814-1893), a musician, teacher, composer, dancing master and fiddler, originally from Morpeth. Graham Dixon (1995) finds that Braidley Hall and Farm are located west of Housesteads, Northumberland, on the Roman Wall.
